Happy Monday! It is your first day of distance learning! You have a few goals for the day and then a list of other options. Your goals are the things that you need to do before you move on to the other options!
Goals:
Study Island- You will go to the Study Island website. You will click on Study Island for Schools. Log in with your username and password. Look for your active assignments for the day. You will have two assignments today. One is math and one is ELA. You want to try to get a blue ribbon. If you do not get a blue ribbon after a few tries, you will be asked to "Build Block Topic" and will get a white ribbon. If you already have a blue ribbon on the topic, go ahead and work on it again. This is just like what we have been doing in the computer lab.
Math Fluency- Practice your math facts for 5 minutes. You can create an account on https://xtramath.org/#/home/index or create your own flashcards
Epic Reading- Your parents should have received an email to create an Epic reading account. If you did not get the email, let me know! Log in and read the book that was assigned to you. It should be a Magic School Bus book.

Here are your spelling words for the week. You can practice these on Spelling City. If you would like to improve your spelling grade, you may take a test on Spelling City on Friday. You will use the same username and password that you use for Study Island and AR. Click on Week 1. Mrs. Harjo's name will be on the top. That is okay!
